What are the delivery charges?

All delivery to you or your client is completely FREE.

How long does delivery take?

All our parcels are usually sent within 3 to 5 working days. The more remote areas can take up to 7 working days. Throughout the order process we can tell you on what day you can expect your delivery.

How long is production?

Production for all our printing services is around 3 to 5 working days. If you need anything sooner, feel free to call 1300 360 540 during business hours (Sydney time) or send us an email and we will see what we can do!

Will my order be dispatched/arrive together?

Different products have different turnarounds dependent upon the complexity of producing that product, and will be dispatched accordingly.

What happens if my artwork is wrong?

If you are supplying print ready files, files not to our specifications may produce unexpected results, may be rejected and may cause a delay to your job, but we will be in touch with you straight away.

Can I send direct to my client?

Yes, in fact we would encourage this so that your client benefits from our fast turnaround times.

Can I send files that are not PDF?

Yes, we also accept jpg, jpeg, tif, tiff, eps, ai, png

How do I transfer my files?

You can upload your print-ready files directly as part of the ordering process. Alternatively you can email us your files to artwork@www.emeraldprint.com.au along with you order number which is provided at time of purchase.

This website (this site) is operated by Emerald Media Group Pty Ltd ABN 36 099 773 341 as the parent of Emerald Print Group.

This site is made available solely for access from places in Australia and to users ordinarily residing in Australia. If you are under the age of 16 and would like to purchase a product from this site, please ask your parent or guardian for permission and assistance with this.

Online Orders

When an order is placed through the Emerald Print online system the order is final. Approval of artwork proofs and payment must be completed within two weeks of the placement of the order. Please make sure you are aware of the terms and conditions before ordering.

Variations to Colour in the Print Process

It is possible that there may be colour variations from what you have seen on screen, to what the final product looks like. Colour variations may also exist between the front and back of the card, and from previous orders. This is common with CMYK offset printing and bulk-run printing. Different finishes, laminates and stock variations over time will also create variations in colour.

Trimming can also catch you out

All products are trimmed once printed. Trimming may shift up to 2mm in any direction so remember to keep live type away from the edge of the printed product – we always allow at least 3mm, if not 5mm from the trim.

Emerald Print Designed Artwork

Artwork designed by Emerald Print remains copyrighted to Emerald Print until paid for. Emerald Print’s working files remain the property of Emerald Print, even after a project is complete. Working files include but are not limited to vector files, layered files, fonts, linked files, and stock photography licenses. Emerald Print reserves the right not to release these files, and charge fees for providing files at it’s own discretion.

Signing off on your Proofs

You are held fully responsible for approving all content. This includes design, spelling, grammar, numbers and layout. We will print exactly what is approveded in the final proof. No reprints at our expense will be printed.

Submitting your own Artwork – Design at your own risk!

Emerald Print fully recommends using a professional designer (or to engage our professional services) to design your printing artwork. Customers submitting their own artwork are fully responsible for the end result of printing. While Emerald Print can accept various artwork formats such as Microsoft Office and Microsoft Publisher, it does not recommend these programmes due to artwork complications that often arise.


Printing turnaround can vary. In a perfect world, if you submit print-ready artwork for a business card you can quite likely get your printed products back with you within 2 or 3 business days, however some jobs can take quite a lot longer, especially the artwork process. Please be aware that most of our jobs are printed in bulk.

Emerald Print provides a very transparent pricing structure with most services included in the online pricing. However, you should be aware of:

Artwork Resubmission Fee – $29 is payable if you have approved your artwork and the print process has commenced and you need to change the artwork.
Artwork Alteration Fee – $29 is payable if you require Emerald Print to fix a problem with your artwork, including logos. We will not make changes unless permission has been granted by you. Highly complex artwork problems will be quoted upfront and could cost more than this.
Order Cancellation Fee – $25 is payable if you cancel an order after paying any portion, and Emerald Print has proofed artwork and started any element of the process. This is to cover admin, accounts and artwork costs.

Delivery is free

Emerald Print will not be held liable for printing products that are lost, damaged or delayed when delivered by courier. All deliveries are left at the premises of the address supplied if no one is present to receive the delivery, so it is your responsibility to provide a suitable address. All Emerald Print orders come with one free delivery. If an incorrect address is provided by the customer, then redelivery will incur extra charges set by Emerald Print.


All printing products must be paid for in full before they are sent to print, unless a specific arrangement has been made. The printing process will stall until full payment has been made to Emerald Print. Payments by EFT or cheque must be fully processed and received before printing commences. An account is considered overdue if payment in full has not been received for an order in over 30 days from the time of approval of artwork proof is given by any method. Emerald Print reserves the right to process payments using a payment method previously supplied by the customer for overdue orders. Interest may be charged on any overdue accounts, and the customer agrees to pay any and all costs, fees, expenses, inclusive of commissions, legal expenses and disbursements incurred in obtaining or attempting to obtain payment of any overdue account.


While care has been taken in posting correct prices on the website, Emerald Print has the right to remove or change products and prices without notice. All quotes are valid for 14 days only and may be subject to change after this period.

Feedback & Complaints

Customers who believe that their printing product is not up to standard are required to follow this procedure:
– Email info@www.emeraldprint.com.au with a valid Order Number, and a concise description of the problem.
– If the quality of a printing product is concerned, then Emerald Print may request a sample be mailed to PO Box 57 Annandale NSW 2038.
– If a printing error has occurred that is not due to the customer’s artwork, then Emerald Print will arrange a free reprint for the customer. Emerald Print will not be held liable for errors caused by the customer’s artwork, delivery of the product or minor imperfections that fall within acceptable offset printing standards.

Please note that Emerald Print requires all feedback to be submitting in writing (email preferred). Emerald Print reserves the right to refuse to accept any goods which are returned after more than 14 days from dispatch date.
