The normal corner for PVC membership cards is a rounded corner, which is standard for the popular 86 × 54 mm card. Rounded corners provide a modern look and a smooth feel, while square corners are typically offered as an option for custom sizes or specific card types.
4. What materials are membership cards printed on?
Most cards are printed on durable PVC plastic similar to a credit card. And while most of our customers use our plastic PVC options for their cards, we can also print your membership cards on our heavy 360gsm card stock.
5. What is the PVC thickness that the membership cards are printed on?
The standard and most common thickness for PVC membership cards is 0.76 mm, which is the same as a credit card. The other thickness available, 0.45mm is for lighter-duty business cards or promotional cards.

6. Can you print cards that scan or tap?
Yes. We offer barcodes, QR codes, magnetic stripes, and NFC/tap-enabled chip options. We can also coat your card according to the needs of your POS system.
7. Are the cards waterproof and long-lasting?
PVC cards are fully waterproof and designed for long-term daily use. Paper-based cards work well too but have a shorter life span.
8. Can I include member photos on the cards?
Yes—photo ID cards can be printed individually using your supplied photos and member list.
9. Do you handle variable data printing?
Absolutely. We can print unique names, numbers, QR codes, barcodes, expiry dates, and member levels on each card from your spreadsheet.
10. Can I order different membership tiers?
Yes. You can have multiple designs or colours within the same order to differentiate membership levels.
11. What type of finish can I choose?
Choose from gloss or matte laminate finishes. Matte laminate is popular for membership cards because it’s stylish and durable. Gloss laminate has a high-shine, reflective surface and provides a slick look.

Yes. Supply your artwork, or our design team can create a professional membership card layout for your business. We send proofs for changes, edits or approval.

Minimum order is usually 250 cards, but larger quantities reduce the cost per card.

Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days, plus 1–3 days delivery depending on location.
